My mother died March 21st I submitted all documents that were necessary by April 5th on April 11th I was sent a letter stating that my check was sent to a representative named Mike Evans Mike Evans never returned any call that I have made to him and I have made more than five to six calls since March 21st Mike Evans is it currently in possession of my funds and has not answered any phone calls from the office of Primerica nor has he answered any phone calls that I have made I don't understand why this is happening what type of insurance company are you when you allow someone that supposed to be an agent to hold my money for more than a week and not even make a phone call I would like to make a formal complaint and I would like that information sent to my home so that I can file a complaint against this because this is not right and I intend on filing a lawsuit.
