Some people are saying Prime America and some Primerica. I know Primerica is a very upstanding company that serves all clients very well.

Prime America I don't know of them. All of the comments about Primerica are A-OK.

You should probably not deal with Prime America, Find someone at Primerica and get great service and advice like I have received.

Cancel insurance

Nothing has happened. And there is no serious issue it is just difficult to reach someone to cancel my insurance I am changing to an insurance company that offers long term life and I no longer need primeamerica

I don't see all of my accounts under my login

Customer call center is closed (Sunday) Business hours: 9am - 10pm Monday thru Saturday , today is Sunday and Im dont see all of my accounts on my login

User's recommendation: If u have more then 1 insurance policy make sure ur able to see them all under 1 login account. The system will not allow u 2 create more then 1 login account .

Cancellation

I have called your 800# for days and only get a busy signal. Your email link does not open. I need to cancel my Term Life Insurance policy. I can not find my policy number which is why I was calling for several days. Please cancel my policy effective immediately 9/25/21. Do not draft a payment. Cancel policy

I decided to switch to Primerica from my current life insurance company . My new policy would start a week after the Initial interview. I called the insurance agent midweek to cancel the policy, he explained that it may still pull out of my account but that he would be sure to cancel the policy and handle the over draft fee if necessary. I trusted that he would keep his word. 30 days later, I visit the bank to see $192 worth of withdrawals from primerica . I reached out to the agent once again, this time he apologized yet an again failed to do so. I called and emailed customer service still waiting on a refund and also a letter stating that the policy is canceled. ppolicepol

Sales people are too pushy.

One sales person was so pushy with Prime america product that it was a real turn off. You don't get customers by being overly pushy. B e

I'd called to cancel but they're giving me way to much steps to only cancel my subscription And the branches hard to find one open it's a really bad experience and finally you guys charge me another month for a service that I don't even want

Website login will not accept my password

After several attempts of trying to login. And re registering my account I called customer service. They asked me what browser I was using. At that point I figured it out. I wasn't using any of the browser's on their list. Therefore their using tracking cookies to identify me. I asked the customer service supervisor why not just ask me a security question ?

If you received one payment, you should have received sll 3. I have money order receipts to prove you were paid.
