I haven't receive the email I requested for claim form, it's been a week already, and I'm requesting it to expedite to assist us for funeral expenses

I updated my zoom and now nothing is the same.

It doesn't save my contacts address numbers.

All my background pictures are gone.

When I turn off my camera, my picture is gone.

My gallery view is now 3 instead of 25.

If I do multiple speaker view, I get 6 but they overlap and jump around to people who were not even speaking.

I have a difficult time trying to log in.

There's an agent, Rako B. Bunton.

This agent has fraudulently written a policy on me, making another person (Stevans Fleming) my beneficiary. I never gave her permission, nor any of my personal information to do this. I don't trust either of these parties. There were (2.) policies written.

I complained to Primerica but nothing happened. Beware of this person and protect your personal information.

My policy was coming to its term and I was not informed by Primerica and was charged $258.29 when I had been paying $68.69.

Agent by the name of Rako B. Bunton illegally wrote a policy in my name with another party Stevlana Flemming being the beneficiary Ive never authorized anyone to obtain insurance in my name and this is not the only policy written in name there was another policy from what Im told in 2020 what going on ?

I do not want anything to do with primerica and will sue if yall continue to take money from me. When i cancelled trying to "work" from you guys, the lady blocked me and wouldnt cancel anything. I have sent many emails and spoke with people but no help.

20 plus years ago I brought a insurance policy order by the court as a part of my divorce settlement. I put the premuin on auto payment via my bank account Now twenty years later I need to see and update the policy.

I have call several times to get information but I keep running into road blocks. I am the payor and have know rights to the policy.

I seen that I was charged 25 dollars from Primerica and I would like to cancel whatever I got going on with primerica so I dont get charged whatever I need to pay since I dont have or plan to have anything with this business. If I can get my money refunded that would be great thank you.

Had a policy with them for 25 years and my police jumped from $125 a month to $625 and I called my rep Harley Smith III to get help and had to leave message because he wasnt available. Had to call 3 more times and he never called me back.

I had to call the corporate office and cancel my policy because they wouldve taken the $625 out of my bank account.

Harley Smith is totally useless as a insurance representive! Didnt give a damn about my insurance needs or my financial situation.

I have had life insurance with premedical for over 20 years..the same policy. My monthly rate was $70.50 last month and this is usually my monthly rate.

For February 2024, $294.08 was drafted from my account. I had no notification of a rate increase and this rate increase is ridiculous
